Hey Indie Hackers!
I’m Yuriy. Like many of you, I’ve spent way too much time drowning in emails — and it’s not just the volume, but keeping replies personal that’s the hardest part.
I tried using AI tools like ChatGPT to increase the speed of responses without losing quality, but the responses often sounded robotic and not like me. So I built Reply4 (https://reply4.com) — an AI email assistant that writes personalized, human-sounding replies that adapt to your style and the context of each conversation.
You can customize each email to give it a personal touch — saving hours without losing authenticity. It’s perfect for anyone in support, sales, HR, or just anyone fed up with email overload but who wants to keep it real.
Would love to hear: What bugs you most about emails or AI tools right now?
Thanks!
Yuriy

Love this, Yuriy — totally feel the pain of email overload, especially when trying to keep things human and on-brand. Reply4 looks like a genuinely useful approach, especially for folks juggling high-stakes or regulated conversations.
I’m building something in a different (but equally messy) space — HIPAA compliance. A lot of small businesses and startups struggle to communicate properly around patient data without risking fines. So I built https://hipaaassistant.com — an AI tool that helps them stay compliant without needing to become policy experts.
Big fan of tools that save time and maintain trust. Great work on this — following your journey!
I appreciate you sharing your work on HIPAA Assistant; it sounds like a valuable tool for navigating complex compliance challenges. It’s encouraging to see innovative solutions addressing critical needs in regulated industries. I look forward to following your progress as well.
Best regards,
Yuriy V.
Thanks so much, Yuriy! Really appreciate the kind words and encouragement. Compliance is definitely a tough space, and it’s exciting to see AI helping to make it more accessible and less intimidating for small businesses.
I’m glad we share a similar mission of saving people time while keeping things authentic and trustworthy. Would love to stay connected and swap insights as both our tools evolve!
Wishing you all the best with Reply4 — looking forward to seeing it grow.

Love this. The "robot voice" problem is real — we tried using AI to handle outreach during KitlyHub’s early days and scrapped most of it because it just… didn’t sound like us. Either too formal or weirdly cheerful.
Not enough tools start from that authenticity problem — most focus on speed or volume, but that’s where it breaks. Yours sounds like it actually respects the voice of the sender, which is where the real trust comes from.
Will test it out. Also curious — did you find any breakthrough in training it on style that actually worked? We’re playing with a similar angle for user onboarding flows and hit a wall with consistency.
Anyway, solid build. Subscribed.
Thank you so much - I really appreciate this thoughtful feedback!
I completely agree - the "robot voice" is a quick trust killer. At one point I was sending over a hundred emails a day and over half of them were not formal but required a response. We decided to make this app specifically after I tried most AI tools and always got almost the same response to different business emails and they did not make the communication feel human.
The goal is to help teams respond faster without making it seem like someone else wrote it. As for breakthroughs - using the settings that are available to the user in our application and subtle hints greatly contributes to achieving consistency.
I'd love to hear more about your experiments with the onboarding process - it looks like we're facing similar issues! 🙌

We focused heavily on fine-tuning the model with diverse samples of authentic communication to maintain consistent style. It took iterative adjustments to balance tone without losing the sender's unique voice. I’m glad you find the approach promising and appreciate your subscription.
