From idea to first signup: building nokah.ai 3D plans builder with AI
5 months ago I had an idea: most People want to build their own house or rental project but get burned by remote architects (delays, miscommunication, drawings that don't match reality).
What if AI could generate 3D building plans + IFC files in 30 seconds, from a text prompt?
Well from now on: nokah.ai is live. You can describe what you want ("R+3 building, modern compound style, coastal climate, 4 apartments per floor"), and AI generates a constructible 3D plan with IFC export.
Current state:
- 108 active users
- 7 free signups
- 0 paid yet (working on it)
- USA = 64% of traffic (didn't expect that)
- Reddit r/Nigeria post brought 90 visits in 24h
Biggest pain right now: converting curious visitors into paying customers. Free product is great, but pricing pages get 35 views and only 11% sign up.
This week I shipped Google OAuth + One Tap to remove friction. Next: 3 SEO articles + LinkedIn outreach to US real estate investors.
