From idea to launch-ready in one day with AI agents

Yesterday morning SarvStack didn't exist. By the end of the day: a working SaaS starter kit for TanStack Start, a landing page that runs on the kit itself, Polar checkout as merchant of record, and the first test purchase delivered end-to-end (checkout -> webhook -> license key -> private repo invite).

The twist: it was built almost entirely by AI agents. Claude Code orchestrated, Lovable's agent wrote the code - and the CLAUDE.md conventions that ship with the kit are the same ones the agents used to build it. The product is its own proof of concept.

What's inside: auth + guards, documented RLS patterns with a live reference feature, one-time + subscription billing via Polar (taxes handled worldwide), AI module with usage metering, transactional emails, roles + admin area, license key validation, 3 languages, Playwright tests + CI.
