I hate coding and building for months only to see that nobody is using my app...
So I searched for a way how i can visualize my Idea in a clickable Prototype.
The idea was to be able to create a demo video that shows the app and its main idea before I even start to code anything.
I found out that its possible with tools like Justinmind to create such a prototype.
So I needed a bit of time to get used to the Tool but after 2 hours I could already produce a short demo video, which captures the main Idea.
I then posted it on reddit and HN and already got some feedback.

As always any Feedback and or Questions are welcome!
Love the concept here. I often choose the route of building first and eat the consequences later. I have a new idea that I am not sure I even want to do, but this type of approach is a good fit for that.
You have links you want to share for Reddit and HN? I am curious how you approached that. I always feel like I "do it wrong" when I try to get feedback on anything.
Hi man, yes of course here is the reddit:
https://www.reddit.com/r/SideProject/s/Hm3KZbOiXa
you can also check my profile there i also posted in different subreddits
have to search the HN link will post it later
That's a smart and efficient approach. Validating your app concept with a clickable prototype is a great way to gather early feedback. I'll check out your prototype and share my thoughts!
Two hours I'm calling B.S. on this one.
why do you think so?
I use to do it with blogs and reddit posts, a simple landing page asking for email. The idea is to test out distribution first before building it out .
For blogging I use creativeblogtopic.com to find the best keywords and title to that can attract target user for my specific niche.
From those keywords and what people like to hear on that specific niche I will go to reddit and post somethin similar. I will get some traction and just need to verify if the conversion is reasonable.
That way when I start building I have list of email
wow!!!
Your approach of using Justinmind to create a demo and gather early feedback is really impressive!"
I've wanted something like this for chatgpt.
My use case.
etc.
Note: each of of these is a separate conversation
not sure if i understand correctly, you want to create a demo video of your idea?
I think I was talking more about Justinmind .
but using chatgpt to create a list of the parts to create a prototype and then have it generate them.
Then it would be alot easier to put together the prototype.
Whooo 2 hours. Excellent job there!
thx!
It's fantastic that you're developing prototypes and demo films for your app idea with the aid of platforms like Justinmind. Presentation clarity and conciseness are essential. Continue to iterate in response to comments, interact with the community, and seek out additional channels to increase visibility.
Impressively fast action!
Just beware: there's still a chance that one of the feedback will be predictive of actual user behavior. The feedback so far is in Thoughtland.
I can't recommend this video any more highly: https://www.pretotyping.org/
(There's also a book, but I think the video has >50% of the value of the book.)
Thx for the link, will check it out!
Product validation is an essential step on a product roadmap.
I like your approach to it you can gain feedback and followers before the real implementation.
