From ideation to getting paid customers, What was the most Challenging?

Once you start on a journey of building your own business, there are many challenges you have to overcome. In your experience what was/is the most challenging part of your startup journey? And how did you overcome?
Here is a list of few things people often get stuck.
- Business Name/(Domain name)
- Design (UI/UX)
- Coding (tech stack)
- Time commitment
- Focus
- Paying for the services (domain, hosting, logo, etc.)

- Finding Customers

Really curious to hear others stories! Coming from tech / product background that's relatively straightforward for me. I'm also working a primary job, which funds hosting etc. The hard part for me has been time commitment for sure, trying to balance full time studies, part-time job and other life with my side projects.

Nice product though! Made a lot of sense to me, and I bookmarked it for future reference, if I need a service like that.

Indeed, time is a problem and when I cannot give enough time, I lose focus and eventually I lose interest.

For me sharing the progress on IH for instance has helped a lot. Shipping things and getting feedback from people is really motivating to me. Other than that, I guess it's mostly a matter of discipline, which is of course difficult.
