From Overthinking to Building MyResilience - My Journey as a Solo Founder

Hey everyone

I’m Hitesh - founder of MyResilience, a small iOS app built from a personal struggle that turned into a mission.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been an overthinker. The kind who replays every conversation, imagines every possible outcome, and gets caught in mental loops that never end. I wanted something that could help me pause — not just “be positive,” but actually recover when my mind felt overloaded.

That’s how MyResilience started.

It began as a simple idea:

“What if you could pair your thoughts with reminders from your better days?”

Now it’s an app that helps you reflect, build calm, and strengthen your mind — one thought at a time.

It’s not therapy.
It’s not meditation.
It’s a practice for real life — for people who think too much, feel too deeply, and still want to move forward.

My mission is simple:

To help one million people turn their overthinking into resilience.

I’m currently bootstrapping everything - building, testing, writing, and running small ad campaigns to learn what resonates. I just launched on Product Hunt, and the early feedback has been both grounding and inspiring.

If you’ve ever tried building something from a deeply personal place, you’ll know how weird it feels - equal parts vulnerable and fulfilling.

I’d love to connect with others working on products that help people grow mentally, emotionally, or creatively.

If you’re curious, you can check it out here:

And if you’ve built something similar or struggled with overthinking yourself - I’d love to hear your story too.
