From side project to 10k+ users: My Wplace Color Converter journey

I just launched Wplace Color Converter - a free tool that converts any image into
pixel art using professional color quantization algorithms.

What it does:

Why I built it:
As a developer, I kept seeing game devs and digital artists struggling with expensive
pixel art tools or complicated Photoshop workflows. Most free alternatives were either
limited or produced poor quality results.
