30 mins into the discussion Tommy shares a concept of 'exit velocity' aka 'unfair advantage'.

IMO, this much more often leads to success and way more important than other trivial things people care about when starting a business.

Not sure why @csallen didn't dive deeper into the subject.

My question to you Tommy is how do you validate your idea quickly? Been working on an Insurance Data platform and have gotten early signals but nothing has taken off
