Front-end dev looking for a job.
Hey there guys, I'm Labinot and i'm looking for a job on front-end area. I have experience of around 4 years on html css and js but I really didn't had enough time to dive into frameworks like react or angular because I had to deliver too much of static pages. For around 5-6 months i've been playing around with Angular and I'm loving it. I would love to work even as an Intern with minimal/medium wage. I'm really willing to work very hard to improve my skills and deliver the best.

I’m not so sure about this piece of advice.
First of all, if you’re looking for a job in the market in front end, not knowing about a framework is suicide, as literally nobody recruits an HTML expert only for HTML. That’s called web integration, and the 80/20 of it has been commoditized already.
Regardless of your personal position on the topic, I urge you to look at the market and get a feel for what’s in demand.
Simplest way is to look for job posts online for front end devs (e.g. the traditional ones such as monster and indeed, or linkedin, glassdoor, etc)
Make a spreadsheet and list down those skills, then rank them by how often they seem to be in demand by the market, and focus your learning / marketing on that direction.
A blog is not a bad idea, but if you’re making it solely to get a job, prepare to be disappointed.
It’s a long adventure and it takes quite a lot of time to ramp it up.
If you’re looking for a job right now, focus on studying the market demand as suggested above, and as a little hack: Whenever you find a position that you find interesting, add an employee from that company on Linkedin and ask to get to know their work environment better. This could be your entry ticket to their company!
Another approach I can think of at your specific crossroad of skills is to build and sell templates on Themeforest.
That could be a nice revenue stream, and it acts as a great portfolio!

I understand your lack of interest towards practical technologies, and your belief that the core technology is the only thing that matters but again, I urge you and the OP to look at where the market demand is.
What matters from a purely intellectual point of view, and from a business perspective are almost never aligned.
Since getting a job is not an intellectual pursuit only, and even less when you currently don't have a job, I stand by my opinion that the advice you provided is of dubious utility for someone in OP's case.
