Frontend / Backend Developer Need

Hey Indiehackers !

I'm Greg CEO of cloudbuddies. Nice to meet you.

We are a startup providing solutions to simplify businesses journey to the clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure).

We built a working self service portal (Archie) that easily deploys well architected cloud resources/Infrastructures without requiring any particular skill. You can deploy individual resources, complex application stacks as well as mutli-account cloud environments (landing zones). Works on AWS only for the moment.

Unfortunately we lost collaboration with our main developer and are now looking for someone that wants to helps us working on some additional features or participate in the project.

Our tech stacks and needs

Fronted: react, Gatsby, node, react chatbot, appsync.
Backend : AWS, grahql, API gateway, Dynamodb, lambda, boto3, cognito, python.
All the software infra is serverless and built via SLS deploy and Cloudformation stack. Also has a stripe integration for payment.

Need :

Add multicloud feature by integrating libraires to deploy in several cloud.

Challenges:

• Authenticate to cloud providers
• Avoid code duplication
• Provide resource/stack management
• Provide resource/stack deployment in each cloud
• Provide resources/stack removal
• Provide preview and resources results in frontend
• Store deployments info in dynamodb and build inventory
• Avoid the 200 resources cloudformation limit
• Make some frontend changes to display multicloud options

We already have ideas on how to make this happen and it should work. We are just missing the developer profile that could bring Archie to the next level.

Hopefully he is hiding somewhere here :)

As we are a startup we would not be able to provide full time role, we thought about a one off cost project except you want to join us in the adventure and be part of the executives. We are open to discussion.
