Frontend tools for non-frontend devs

Those of you who have a skill set that focuses more on other portions of the stack (backend, security, data engineering, anything that isn't frontend mobile or web), and are building products that aren't frontend heavy, what tools do you use for the frontend portion of your project (landing page, simple admin dashboard, etc.)?

I have been looking at various no-code / low-code tools that would allow me to easily build a landing page or a simple admin panel without the need to dive into frontend technologies, and I've yet to decide what to use, so I'm interested in hearing how other non-frontend focused devs solve this issue.
