Fruitful Tuesday: Share a link to your project ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ’ป

Hey Indie Hackers!

I'm building Microns (startup acquisition marketplace) this Tuesday.

I'm curious about what other people are working on.

Share a link to the startup you're building/growing today.

Would love to take a look at every project โœจ

We're building API2Cart, a unified API for integrating 60+ eCommerce platforms with various software solutions like order management systems (OMS), shipping software, multi-channel software, PIM, etc, but not online store owners.

API2Cart allows such software to integrate with multiple eCommerce platforms and marketplaces and get, add, update, sync various store data like orders, products, customers, shipments, etc. As a result, such software can develop various functions for online store owners like product listings, order import, inventory synchronization, etc.

Hey @sweatC, thanks for sharing Microns (i've just subscribed)!

I'm currently working on TinySurvey. It entered closed-beta this week, so I'm currently looking for users to get feedback on the product!

    1. 1

Awesome! Have you submitted your project to BetaList or Product Hunt?

  3. 3

Nice I think it's been a few years since I participated in one of these. We're building Violet, https://violet.io. We're an iPaaS for ecom integrations. The idea is to integrate once and get access to all ecom platforms through a single unified API.

  4. 2

I'm scaling Zoplo (linktr.ee/zoploapp) a social app where users can post and vote in polls. Powered by an AI algorithm, users have a personalised poll feed that makes content discovery easy.

From 'would you rather' questions to polls on hot topics and big issues, the platform is both for entertainment and insight into what others think.

    Still looking for a co-founder!

  5. 2

I'm working on validating multiple ideas.

    Hi ilya,

    Nice to learn about Microns!

I am building a marketing system for introverts, i.e. people who struggle with marketing because they are modest and think that marketing means making noise. ๐Ÿ˜€

You can find the product at 2quiet2market.com. It helps you get your marketing sorted and turn it into a healthy habit.

Thanks for this! I am building Attractiveness Report - https://attractivenessreport.streamlit.app/ - It will Rate Your Attractiveness on a scale of 1-10 and provide a personalized facial analysis, with just a photo. Would love feedback :)

    1. 1

Make it free and monetize through ads.

You need to shorten the Time to value for your users, so make a simple uploader where I can attach my picture and receive a result.

      1. 1

        Thanks! Appreciate the input

    2. 1

this seems somewhat subjective, is it just the face

      1. 1

        Yup! Just the face

  8. 2

Great projects so far! Happy to drop my link in here as well: https://boomsig.com

Working on this as a solopreneur, fully bootstrapped, solving email signature management for companies that struggle to keep their employees email signatures consistent, on-brand and remotely manageable (so the admins or marketing teams don't have to chase half the company to finally update their signatures) :)

I've got a few projects, but the one I'd most like feedback on is this one: https://keasigmadelta.com/zitasync

I originally thought privacy minded folks would be the ideal customer, but they all seem to be "open source and free" only types (at least the ones in online communities). So I'm looking for a new target audience that's reachable (e.g., via online forum or some other method), and don't mind paying for software...

  24. 1

I've been working on it for a few months now, and it's almost ready to be released. My goal for now is to focus on the community and early adoption.

      1. 1

6 free trials so far but no paid conversions, thanks for asking. I sent out a customer survey to help me figure out what customers want better.

  56. 1

Thanks @sweatC for starting this thread. I have been working on Repo Lookout for a while now. It's a large-scale security scanner that currently makes ~750 USD/month from donations alone. I always wonder if there would be a potential buyer for a project with no users but a steady stream of money coming in?

    1. 1

      Sure.

We had stories where founders sold content sites and web apps (no users, only traffic from Google and ads).

      1. 1

Sorry, I left out a lot of details.

Repo Lookout automatically scans websites for vulnerabilities and, if successful, sends a report to the site's technical contact. Both the email and the website have a link to donate money to the service if the report was deemed useful.

There is no content on the site, no ads, no subscriptions or anything. I would call it a public-service-driven donation-based business model โ€” or something like that.

In your experience, is there an acquisition market for this kind of project?

  57. 1

Thanks for this. I am building https://vrid.in/, a personal finance app for Indians. Currently we are focused on building a smart expense tracker and planning to add more features later.

    1. 1

Did you validate the idea before building more features?

  58. 1

Thank you for creating this post. I'm Setthawut building https://kaikul.com/. Aims to revolutionize how we approach daily action items and habits. With our app (in the calendar view), you can effortlessly list your tasks, set achievable goals, and invite an accountability partner who will cheer you on, reflect with you, and foster a strong sense of commitment.

    1. 1

Nice one. Keep working on it.

  59. 1

Thanks for setting this up! Iโ€™m working on a tool to summarize long documents, search through them using vector technology and collaborate with your team. We are in an accelerator program in Miami and aiming to launch on product hunt by 7/28

    1. 1

      Cool.

We had a similar tool sold on Microns recently.

  60. 1

Thanks for creating this. I am building Supergrow - a LinkedIn growth tool to help professionals grow their personal brand on Linkedin.

    1. 1

      Great.

Any insights about growing indie startups on LinkedIn? I bet many founders here would love to learn from your journey.

  61. 1

Thanks for getting the thread kicked off @sweatC. I'm working on 'Weekchat' a Whatsapp/Telegram chatbot to help people who suck at being consistent to write / publish more and get some compounding returns in their lives. It's in closed-beta so looking for testers - https://inchat.design/weekchat/

    1. 1

What's your journey so far? Have you found any users to test?

      1. 1

Yeah I've found some testers, about 5 or 6. All quite happy so far- one in particular really enjoyed it. It's a good start but I'm finding this last push really hard. I'm a project starter, not a finisher. If I get this out the door that will be success in itself.

I'm currently working on two newsletters:

Hoping to recreate some of the Workspaces magic with Archived but it's been tough! Taking a newsletter 0 -> 1 is definitely not easy ๐Ÿ˜…

    1. 2

      I remember Workspaces before :)

Yeah, growing the newsletter from 0 is tough.

    2. 1

      Very nice newsletter Ryan!

May I ask whats your business plan with them? Or you are doing it just for fun?

      1. 2

Workspaces was acquired by Loops (https://loops.so/) and I joined them as their Head of Content about a year ago.

Publishing Archived as part of that as well :)

        1. 1

          Awesome! Good luck Ryan!

  64. 1

Thanks for sharing your startup ! I'm currently building https://www.withbilly.com/ and easy to use website builder.

    1. 1

Good. What's the difference between other site builders?

      1. 1

It's still super early we only have a link-in-bio template but working on bigger more complex templates atm. The main difference will be simplicity and modern style, the current website builders for example, webflow are good but they are not for beginners on the other hand some older website builders are too old school in my opinion. Also, these days running a website builder SAAS application is cheap, our monthly expenses currently are around 0.05$. I could also mention our go-to-market strategy and expectation management. I think I should write a short blog post about it :-)

  65. 1

    @sweatC Good luck!

Last week I've finally launched MotionWave a subscription service where you have an easy access to high-quality motion graphics.
I've been working as a motion designer for over 15 years and when I've found out about this business model I had to give it a shot!

    1. 1

      Nice!

How was your launch? Any new users?

  66. 1

Built an AI this weekend and already using it for my main startup to make revenue.

Here's the landing page I launched this morning: https://newaiforlearning.com/

I used Adalo to build the base concept in 3-5 hours. From there I shared it with my co-founder and he told me to expand it so we hired an assistant to use it for our core work (developing learning content for clients) and we've already seen about a 100x boost in productivity and our net profit margin is floating around 100% (plus we easily see how to increase it).

Our line work was started mid last year and has led to $100,000 (non-recurring) of work so far. Recently we started getting partnerships around this line work which caused us to hit a capacity issue. We were using other AIs, but over time our hands started hurting from all the copying and pasting. We knew there was a better way.

In short the AI I built over the weekend is helping us make ~$60/hr up to 40 hours per week while our assistant uses it.

Now we're hoping to launch something in early Q3!
