Full-stack developer with a focus on the front end

Esthetly is a preseed stage startup currently hiring Full stack developer with excellent UI designing aesthetics to join their core 4 member team(2 cofounders/2 advisors). This is a rare opportunity to join as the first lead developer on the team. The role has immense potential to grow in the future. The compensation is equity-based currently and may be revised to cash post-funding (6 months timeframe). Esthetly is a marketplace with 50 consultants signed up on the platform, currently, we are in process of acquiring customers.

1)The candidate should have excellent UI designing taste since Esthetly is a very visual home decor and design online platform.
2)The candidate should have expertise with optimizing and displaying media-rich content (images, video) on web pages.
3)Excellent React Js, Javascript, HTML 5, CSS skills. Working knowledge of Amazon S3, MongoDB, Nodejs.
4)Deep expertise in website design tools for example Wix, Squarespace.
5)Part-time candidates can be considered as well as long as they commit to at least 15-20 hrs a week
