Who else is a fully remote founding team? I am doing a blog post on tips for navigating this, and would love to have your input! Any tips/tricks/tools that help you collaborate and work together despite not being in the same place?

Not best practice, but human practice. Consider everyone as individuals and figure out what works. Everyone has different needs. Some are great at Slack, others not. Some love to catch up via chat, others not. Some like to have a local space to work at, others not. Etc.
