I'm Tim, co-founder of getshowcase.ai. We just shipped v1.0 and I wanted to share what we're building.

The problem

Product photography is broken for small and mid-sized Home & Living brands. A single furniture photoshoot means transporting the product to a studio, booking a photographer, styling the set, and waiting weeks for the final assets. Costs run into the thousands per shoot. Meanwhile, flat product cutouts on white backgrounds convert at 2-3%, while proper lifestyle images hit 4-6%. The brands that can't afford studio production are losing on the PDP every single day.

What we built

getshowcase.ai turns product cutouts into photorealistic lifestyle scenes in seconds. Upload a sofa on a white background, get back the same sofa in a styled living room, with realistic lighting, shadows, and materials. No distortion of the actual product.

Why us, and not a generic image generator? Because generic tools don't understand furniture. Wrong proportions, plastic-looking textiles, lighting that screams AI. We went deep on one category (Home & Living) and built around the specific production realities our customers deal with.

Where we come from

We've been running shop-vibes.de for years - a PIM + Feed Manager platform for Home & Living retailers. We watched this exact problem play out across hundreds of brands before we started building the solution. Now, we decided to go all in, starting development from the ground up. No strings attached to any legacy product.
