Entrepreneurs and creators should think big. Really BIG.
Especially when the next billion users come online.
Generation Z's.
These are children born into technology and taught to adapt and create technology from the ground up. These people will be the future of the internet.
Recently in my work, I've been thinking more and more about automation and resources.
For example, if the live chat at my work was suddenly hit with 1,000 extra requests we wouldn't be able to keep up with demand without Drift (livechat/leadgen/bot) to do so automatically. This is our first defense of many automated systems for scaling.
I think It's important to think at scale and be prepared for growth with infrastructure put in place to handle that.
