Hi Indiehackers,
I am in process of building a startup where i want to help founders build fun application using gamification.
I see a lot of utility of gamification like more signups, reduce cart abandonment, more engagement, etc
I would love to see your opinion or advise on real pain point that you face now in your application where you think gamification can help!
I so want to talk more about gamification and applications towards humanity and the apps of the future that you get people off their asses is doing stuff like broke eating and getting better at life
A potential for gamification for me is to engage users that are on a free tier. If you give them points for using /exploring features for example, that they can use to buy pro features (for a limited time) . My theory is that they get to know the product better and will either: promote your product to others, or upgrade to a paid tier.
Hey @daangemist, you are correct, this is really a great gamification example!
