Generate an e-commerce using your Instagram profile. Feedback?

Challenge
- generate an e-commerce in an easy-way
- automate the process of add, edit, delete products on it, using Instagram posts.
Target
I think this service would be nice for people that want an e-commerce and use Instagram to sponsor their products.
Opportunity
My idea is to automate the process of generate and keep up to date the e-commerce, based on the instagram profile of my user. In this way the user can focus on the instagram profile, and have the e-commerce live with automations.
How it works
- Sign up
- Search and select your instagram profile
- Add basic information for your store, like name, url, Terms of Use...
- An e-commerce is generated and deployed for you
- Open Instagram and create a new post, or edit an older one, with specific information like product name, description, price, variants..
- From this moment, a worker scan your profile, searching for posts with information to read and public (or edit, or delete) your product on the e-commerce.

Something that would be important to confirm: does Instagram have public APIs?
My understanding is that they do not have those open to public so there's no way you can query those.
A work-around would be scraping the users public profile, but probably not the most scalable one.

Yes, Instagram offer an API for retrive user media
Anyway, right now I'm using a simple scraper written in Javascript for the sake of iteration. When I'll focus on the "Instagram parser" will switch to the API.
This side-project contain an important goal for me, build something without spend weeks and weeks into minor things, I would like to go in full-agile mode 😁.
My idea is to have a prototype online, maybe just for me, in less than 4 weeks.

There are some missing pieces of information that the readers on IH will have a hard time understanding this. Try to rewrite your post. Here are some suggestions:
-Keep it really short
-Put a sentence or two upfront about the challenge
-Identify who is your target user/customer
-Put a sentence to identify what is the opportunity for them
-Put a sentence or two about how it would work

I think try to keep your entire post to 6 sentences. The things I listed above can all be in bullet point form.

Is this for people that already have a big IG following and struggling to monetize?
Is it for someone that wants to start a brand new IG account?
My idea is to have a simple way to create and maintain an e-commerce. I don't want to build a new Shopify, so I guess is for people that want an easy solution to sell things by Instagram.
