Get 0 to $216 from my First SaaS sales in two months

Hello everyone,

I’m the founder of BloggenAI.com, a simple tool that generates digital content such as text, images, Chat with PDF, YouTube video summaries, and more. I launched this product in August 2024 but didn’t achieve any profitable revenue initially.

In October, I introduced a lifetime pricing model alongside monthly and yearly subscriptions to see if the tool was worth building. During that time, I posted in related subreddits and on X. As a result, sales began to soar. I got two Lifetime subscriptions and three monthly subscriptions.

From August to October, I generated $216 in revenue, which isn’t bad. What should I focus on next month to continue increasing sales? I would appreciate any advice!
