Get Your SaaS to Product-Market Fit by Increasing Enagement and Retention

Designing a SaaS product that is valuable, easy to use, and looks good to your users.

  • Do you have an idea for a SaaS product but don't know where to start to validate it and what to do to get to Product Market Fit?
  • Do your current users either not return, or don't engage with the product as often as you think they should?
  • Do you not know which features to prioritize on the next release to create differentiation for you and value for your users?

I want to help you lower the risk that you're not wasting your time:

  • Building the right product for the wrong user or customer
  • Building the wrong product for the right user or customer
  • Prioritizing the wrong features and designing them too heavily to be cost effective, too light to learn, and not easily adopted.

How I will do this:

  • Your business strategy
  • Value Innovation through increasing usefulness, ease of use, and aesthetics
  • Validated user research
  • Killer UX Design

What I can do:

  • Validate the value proposition through user research
  • Conduct competitive research and analysis
  • Create intuitive task flows, storyboard, and medium fidelity mock-ups for prototype testing
  • Validate Value Innovation through guerilla testing and willingness to pay
  • Create User Stories
  • Create underlying logic to have the smallest cognitive load and require the fewest screens to get the job done.
  • Create a pathway to user mastery. Starts with core use. Then onboarding. Then discovery. Then mastery.
  • Help with designing for feature adoption and appropriation.
  • Create User Story Maps for a simple flexible roadmap
  • Create a standardized design system based on user research

Why me?: I want to help entrepreneurs like you, so I can one day build a SaaS app based on the knowledge I learn. Aka it's a Concierge MVP.

Your time and my time are our most valuable resources both in terms of creating a successful product and having a good relationship.

I approach everything from a risk first perspective.

Risk-up front is the counter-intuitive way to actually ship more, faster, better.

The catch: I'm not a UX Strategist or Product Manager. I work as conversion rate optimization manager for Instapage (aka Postclick).

What I ask for you in return: A case study so I can start building my independent business to help others like you.
