Getting an apprenticeship under a successful operator of internet businesses?

I was listening to Andrew Wilkinson talk about the importance of operators- what will it take to get an apprenticeship under a successful operator?

I figured that my biggest weakness is operating, and will like to polish those skills under someone. Please share your advice, thank you!
