Getting clicks but low conversions — time to improve the funnel?

I recently launched AnimeMyPic, a site that turns real-life photos into high-quality anime-style portraits using AI (think Ghibli, One Piece, Naruto, etc.).

I’ve been getting a decent amount of traffic from Twitter, Instagram, and Product Hunt — so I know the idea is catching attention.

Now I’m focusing on improving conversions — turning curious visitors into happy (paying) users.

Here’s what I’m thinking through:

• Is the value proposition clear enough on the landing page?

• Should I show more visual examples or testimonials up front?

• Is pricing or trust the friction point?

• Or is it just a matter of time and consistent iteration?
