Getting design partners before there's an actual product?
Did you guys ever successfully got an early design partner even before there's a product to show?
If so -
- What was your relationship with the partner beforehand? any success with converting a cold reachout to a design partner?
- How did you pitch the partnership?
- Did you sign any special agreement?
- What are your thoughts about a free vs. paid partnership?

Design is very important, but not on the initial phase. You better need sales and marketing. But maybe you mean something different
