Getting first users as a marketplace?

Hey everyone!

For those of you working on marketplaces what did you do to get early users on both sides?

I've recently launched a marketplace and have been experiencing the joys of trying to get traction on both sides.

So far my strategy has been mostly cold outreach through email and instagram (supply side) and posting in reddit groups.
