Getting first users/beta users

Dear all, I am launching my first product (https://sponsor.rs) this year.

I have tried different channels for acquiring users over the years. For this time I want to follow a nice organized path. Maybe you all can help me with what you are all following up now?

Also at what time would you start using paid ads if any in the process?
Would you start looking at Insta or Tiktok?
