Getting loads of traffic but still struggling in converting free users to paying users
I've been getting loads of traffic into my product intellecs.ai, but am struggling in converting free users to customers, any tips?
I've only been marketing via TikTok and even have videos reach 1M views but MMR has never even gone past 500USD :<.
Lately, I tried TikTok ads and the results in regards to viewership have been great. I'm promoting three videos right now and they have cumulatively reached over 200k+ views already on TikTok but not a dollar of paying users (well, 5 paying users but still).

What do the analytics look like? Are these users using the free tier regularly, or trying it once or twice and not coming back?
If users are sticky and keep coming back, then it's an easier problem to solve. Perhaps find out how many tokens on average they're generating, and set a rate limit around that before upgrading?
Maybe I'm being an idiot (not unusual), but when I first glanced at the pricing page I thought it was $450 a month. Took me a few seconds to work out it was $8. I'd definitely improve that cost table. Copy one that has a more traditional layout, with the price being the emphasis. My brain was expecting something different.
