Getting tired of making noise

I've been building envsecrets.com for a couple of months. I'm good at handling the product and engineering but suck at generating leads, making noise and doing outreach.

Even tried onboarding business co-founders but couldn't find a reliable person.

I'm essentially trying to reach out to dev shops/agencies because I only recently realized that dev shops are yielding more value out of it because unlike traditional product companies, you guys have to manage the secrets of your clients, and not just your own.

How do I improve backlinks to my product and get more leads?

This is honestly so exhausting and tiring!
