The profile image shows one unread
The details show 0
Also when I get one unread the profile says 2, than when I read it, goes from 2 to 0 straight

I was just having the same issue -- looks like it got resolved.
Maybe there was some new code pushed, but I think I may have solved it by following myself (generating a new notification), and then clicking "Mark All as Read."
