I launched Ghost Kit Pro to see how far I could take a focused, SEO-first affiliate project in a weird but passionate niche.
There’s surprising search volume around terms like best EMF meter for ghost hunting, spirit box reviews, and ghost hunting kits. But most of the content ranking is thin, outdated, or jammed into massive affiliate blogs with no real structure or UX.
So I built GhostKitPro.com:

It’s basically a niche product directory + content hub for paranormal gear, built like a proper brand from day one.
Why ghost hunting?
Because the demand exists, and the competition is low. It’s also a genuinely fun, curiosity-driven topic with loads of content angles.
