GhostPilot: real-time AI assistant for interviews (solo, free tier)

Solo founder here. Been building GhostPilot for about 6 months on nights and weekends. Shipped it fully last week (Chrome extension + Windows desktop app).

What it does: listens to your interview audio, transcribes the question live, and feeds a suggested answer into an overlay only you can see. Style-matched so it sounds like you, not a robot.

Why I built it: 78,000 tech workers got laid off in Q1 2026. Nearly half of them, replaced directly by AI, per the firms that fired them. The same AI now screens their resumes, scores their interviews, and drafts their rejections. The only thing it's apparently banned from is helping them get hired back. Built GhostPilot to fix that.

I know there'll be opinions on the ethics. My take: the same tech that took your job shouldn't be banned from helping you get the next one.
