Girls power: a short story about us

Hey, hackers! With my co-founder Maryna, we're building migroot.io—a service that helps people breeze through the tedious visa process by making it fast, easy, and (dare we say) fun.

Tomorrow is International Women's Day, so today I wanted to spill a little secret about Migroot: it’s 100% dreamed up, built, and brought to life by women. 🚀

Here’s how it all started: Maryna and I met in Bali, bonding over our love for surfing and our work on another immigration-related project (yep, we’ve been in this game for a while). Then came the nomadic urge to explore new countries, and after countless visa applications, we had an Aha! moment. What if we made moving abroad simpler, less stressful, and—crazy idea—actually fun?

And so, the first spark of Migroot was born: turning the visa process into a gamified experience, making it engaging and even a little addictive (in a good way!). Fast forward to today, we’re getting awesome feedback from users, and that’s all the fuel we need to keep pushing forward.

Any other women founders here? Let’s join forces and build something epic together! Drop a comment, let’s connect! 💜

Love this! It’s amazing to see women-led innovation tackling real-world challenges in such a creative way. Making the visa process fun instead of frustrating? Genius! Wishing you both massive success with Migroot. Any plans to expand features for digital nomads? Also, if anyone here is into tech and sideloading, check out RookieSideLoader.com!
