Give this itinerary prototype a whirl - made in 30 min
Decided to step to the side from my Placelist project and start to think about itineraries which I always considered a part of the whole Places service.
Wanted to see what that might start to look like so quickly created a "sketch" prototype (something super rough).
Was fun to do - love using Figma for rapid idea prototyping.

This is a great start! I would love to see some ready-made itineraries for different type of users let say: The Original, The Party lovers, for people who does not bother to walk and take excursions. with suggested. Maybe give them the possibility to create their day between different options. 9-11 - a/b/c activity - 11-2 lunch - options a/b/c and they choose depending on the suggestions.

Yeah there are lots of itinerary service out there, so I think the question is whether you go more curated or more UGC (P2P).
The challenge obviously with itineraries is then you get close to having to manage bookings, travel arrangement and things like that which gets pretty complex.

As I've been doing Placelist (https://www.placelistapp.com/) something that did come up is people interested in using this to create things like bar crawls etc and then sharing those so others could subscribe to a bar crawl (again a more P2P model).

The best answer I could give you is to go to Apple Store and Android Store. Google Play and filter buy ratings, get all the things they are not covering and work upon that.. what others apps are not exploiting
