Giving away 10 free subscriptions

My name is Jan and I’m new here. Long time listener of IH but only just signed up.

After listening to the latest episode with dsmatie, his latest tweets talk about gaining the first 10 users when you launch, focus on nothing else.

Having just launched a new SaaS business for e-commerce product reviews to no audience I’m finding it hard to get traction, as how can you get traction when you personally have no audience and the app has no audience.

As such, I’ve taken up the challenge of getting my first 10 users, I’m cheating as no one said those users had to be paying users.

So, here goes, I’m giving away 10 free lifetime user memberships on the 20k plan, ideally you have an e-commerce website, I’d rather they weren’t wasted but I’m just chasing those 10 users as Matie said.
