Goal: get first paying customer (day 1)

Yesterday:

Got a meeting and a startup agreed to use my platform (for free).
Made some tweaks to the landing page based on comments I got from different people.
First strange subscribed to start using the platform ❤️ which seems like a small validation on the product and the pricing. Will need more subscribers to feel like its a real validation.
Got one interesting comment on a thread that introduced me to a lot of apps trying to do the same thing than me. That helped me shape what I'm building and how to talk about it.

Today:

After some feedback I got, I realized that the list of contacts is very important. Will work on a redesign to put the list of contacts at the front and center with tools to edit the list, filter, make changes as if it was an excel table, make suggestions on how to clean the list. Attaching the mock I made yesterday.
Will make changes to the landing page to reflect these changes and will then try to get some feedback and see how many users subscribe.
