Going from 0 - 1: How I approach building new products

One of the best approaches you can use is focusing on solving problems rather than coming up with ideas:

1. Find a problem
   2.Talk to others about it
2. Suggest a solution
3. Get feedback on it

I find socializing the problem and your solution before doing any work really helpful for sharpening your idea before starting any work.

This is gold. I've been toying with the idea of learning to code and this has convinced me that I need to know it if I'm going to build a successful SaaS. Cheers!

a lot of people are thinking about validate the ideas before you can start building , which is right , however, if you have some sort tech background, I will recommend you , build something that solved your pb and launch . this first exposure will help you think for the next product.
currently , I have been working as full stack engineer for 6 months.
so I decided to build a tool that help busnesses to find an affordable domains online and faster.
I will launch it the next week here and see how people will take it and from there , I will figure out how to to valid my idea the next time.

The best thing to do before building new projects is validating them, that's a no brainer, right xD?

I think the best way is setting a goal for yourself in your product validation process. For example, if your goal is to get 1 pre-sale, then that is what you should focus on, and only after that start building your product.
