Going live in a few days, feedback on our landing page?

Hi everyone,

Long time lurcker here at IH and we've finally built what we think is a great product!

Wellcome is a touchless employee and visitor check-in platform.

Any feedback on our landing page is very "Wellcome", so that we can make it even better before launch!

cheers :-)

    A few notes:

    • I would recommend making "touchless" bolded as well in the hero text.
    • The "Reporting & Analytics" bullet has extra spacing from the bullet above it
    • Consider adding the Google wallet and Apple wallet images in the Features section

I don't have much domain knowledge, so can't give much feedback on how compelling the product is, but wish you the best of luck with your launch!

Thanks for the feedback! I really appreciate it.

Is contactless a better word than touchless? or is there a reason you used touchless

    1. 1

I feel like "contactless" is used in the context of human to human contact, and "touchless" is human to object. But to be fair I just made that up right now to answer your question :-)

pages looks really good and clear....one thing was that even though you have images of the QR codes right at the top of the screen, it didnt really click to me until halfway down that it was actually a QR code based solution- so i think it would be more compelling if the word QR code was somewhere up the top...... also some kind of reference to compliance benefits?? (appreciating that this may vary by geography)- for example here in australia i think every business has to have a covidsafe plan- so linking to that i think could make a solution like this an easier sell.

good points. the employee gets a Wellcome Pass which is installed into their Apple or Android Wallet (so they don't need an app). Their Wellcome Pass has their unique QR code on it. Visitors scan the "visitor QR code", which is also displayed on the iPad that would be sitting at reception.

we are based in Australia, so linking to some compliance references definately makes sense

Hi, I just took a quick look and I like the layout and style of it! Here are a couple things I noticed:

    • the Coming Soon buttons in your pricing section don't do anything. I would suggest changing these to at least capture an email, otherwise I think you risk losing potential customers there.
    • I was a little thrown off by the order and names of the Basic and Standard plans. Those two words seem almost synonymous to me, so it wasn't immediately clear that Standard includes more features, especially since it wasn't in order from left-right.

ah that's helpful feedback thanks. I'll review those sections and see what I can do.

      cheers!

Hey, some random thoughts for you:

    • What problem does touchless signin solve? Employee confidence? Regulations? Thinking from a business perspective, I am just wondering why I should get this? Is it required, or is it a nice-to-have for my employees?
    • Depending on the answer above, I would structure my copy around the problem being solved --- yes it makes sense that the solution is less chance a virus is transmitted, but what is the concern behind this? Is it purely optional or required?
    • I feel like you could make a quick video to demonstrate it. Maybe even sell it. Have a person explain the core problem, then explain how your software solves it, show it in action as B roll perhaps, and get one business to give you a video testimonial.
    • The features sections feel wordy. I would think about cutting that copy in half.
    • Repeat your call to action (I guess for now it's just email right? Maybe include it once again on the bottom).
    • If lost employee productivity due to worries is the main issue, maybe talk more about this. Explain how this costs businesses -- them being paranoid, not being productive, etc... see if you can tie an actual cost to this problem. Once you have a cost associated with it, you'll have an easier time selling the solution. Maybe consider finding recent surveys or studies on employee confidence and how that translates into addiontal costs to businesses -- then your software comes in as a hero to alleviate this problem.
    • If it's regulatory, talk in detail about the consequences of not complying. Are there penalties? What would that cost vs. just having a solution in place? Put at $ figure on all of the problems.
    • I would also add some images of people - in the office setting -- maybe real photos you could take by walking into somewhere.
    • If you have a specific type of business in mind, specific industry, maybe mention this on the page. WHO is it for? WHY should they care to solve the problem? Consider thinking about your main headline in these terms -- WHAT, WHO, WHY.

My pleasure! Good luck to you!

No favicon? I echo the sentiment that a produced video would be cool, showing how it works.

    Good luck!

      thanks! I'll add one

Your page has some minor layout issues on mobile/tablet, and the twitter links at the bottom are broken: https://app.pagewatch.dev/e5c6af78b5d2b8043d6f68541d1023a103632793/dashboard

      thanks!

the links do work when you click on them but I can see why a link parser would get confused.

      1. 1

So they do, but how though? If I copy paste the link it does not work

the landing page was built in Unbounce (I've been busy building the app and admin dashboard). I think that Unbounce must have javascript on the page that makes the links work like this so that they can track the clicks and perform other actions when links are clicked (send an email etc).

I don't seem to be able to change how this works in Unbounce.

How about a real world environment picture? Like I guess this is a tablet next to a door or something?...

good point! I'm going to add a video soon, hopefully this addresses that problem...
