Going up against Instantly/Smartlead as a bootstrapped team. We've made Cold Emailing simpler & affordable. Need support + feedback.

We built cold email infrastructure for founders who are tired of duct-taping 4 tools together.

We're taking on Instantly & Smartlead with a tiny team.

Would love your support & thoughts on our PH launch.

    Supported on PH, Amin

Interesting angle. Instead of adding more features to compete with Instantly or Smartlead, you're simplifying the infrastructure side of cold email, which is where a lot of the headaches actually are.

    Good luck with the launch!

going simpler against instantly and smartlead is a sane read, those tools got so bloated that 'does the basic thing without 40 toggles' is a real position now. the affordability angle worries me though, competing on price against funded players is a race you can usually lose. the durable wedge is something they structurally won't do, cheaper alone won't hold idk

supported you on PH. simpler-and-cheaper is a risky combo ngl, cheaper starts a price war the funded guys win and simpler just makes them hide their advanced settings. cold email also lives or dies on deliverability infra way more than the ui, so the real question is what you're doing on inboxes and warmup, since that's where instantly really competes. a cleaner ui won't save emails that land in spam

You called out Instantly and Smartlead on pricing in the post - ran deliveryman.ai to see if the landing page sells that comparison.

Tech stack is genuinely clean: 96/100. The conversion layer is where it leaks - 63/100, and there is no lead form in the hero section. Your headline says Scale your Sales Faster but every path to starting free requires scrolling to pricing first. A founder landing from a comparison post has no frictionless entry point above the fold.

Trust signals are also thin for this category - 2/9 visible. Cold email tools asking founders to hand over their sending infrastructure need more: customer logos, delivery stats, an uptime badge. The manifesto page exists; the social trust layer does not show up in the DOM.

The pricing angle is strong if the landing page backs it up. Right now it is one scroll away from being invisible.
