People are very supportive of each other. There's also a lot of talk about health and mindfulness, which are important and often neglected in startup circles.
I just joined the community this week, but I'm loving the vibe. I'm not sure how to describe it but have a look at the website. You might see it yourself. It just feels happy, fun, and authentic! There are definitely lots of emojis flying around! 😁
I think one thing that all great communities have in common is that people are so supportive and encouraging, cheering each other on, celebrating wins, and being there for each other!
I'm enjoying Online Genuises (marketing). The group is actively moderated and hosts regular AMAs.

It's a community of React/React Native/related technologies. People are extremely helpful and I know friends that have found jobs through the job board there.
