Hi all! I've got a Slack app that I'm in the process of launching. (already have a free trial going π€)
Trying to perfect my landing page, making it as clear as possible while showing the value immediately.
Let me know what you like, dislike, any suggestions, ideas, concerns, etc. and I'll do the same for your site!
Great job! I was wondering what the sense behind it was, but then I saw your explanation and liked it. Love the easy and catchy text. The website is short but significant. I would love to see a real example. What does the text look like if I write it incognito?
Maybe we will use it in our team! What is your feedback on Paperless.io? Would you join the waiting list? If not why?
Thanks so much! The screenshot at the top of the landing page is what the admins see, the writer of the feedback just sees a confirmation message with their feedback quoted back to them. The writer can delete the bot's message on their side to cover their tracks.
If you could try it with your team and give me any feedback I would be very appreciative, I'd extend the free trial to a month! π
My feedback for Paperless.io is is:
We will work on your points, thanks!
That is great do you have a mail address for me?
Yup, you can reach me at incognitoslack@gmail.com
I really like the look of this Landing Page -- it's minimal, has useful info for devs (presumably your target audience), and the visuals show how to use the product. My suggestions:
go into detail on how you protect users' identities, the implementation is not too clear from the current landing page
what value would this provide companies? e.g. would this improve team morale somehow, give managers more honest feedback, etc? Basically, why would someone want to pay for this and use it on their team?
suggestion: set up DNS email forwarding to your gmail address so that you can have <something>@incognitosllack.com, looks more professional that way
If you could review the landing page for my productivity app DailyBlocks, that would be much appreciated, thanks!
https://dailyblocks.app/
Great suggestions, thanks so much!
I've got some feedback for you as well:
1 - You need to add a favicon
2 - I don't think you need the "more you use it." in
3 - I think take out "Anonymous User" from the feedback blocks. No name might be better than "Anonymous User"
4 - The create, complete, analyze, picture is a bit confusing at first glance
5 - How are you different than other time tracking apps? I would lead with that maybe
6 - "Optimize your day" is easy to read than all capitals.
7 - Shorten all of your text across your website: "Plan your day with time blocks where each block has an associated countdown to keep you focused and add a little bit of time pressure to prevent procrastination."
Other than that it looks pretty clean, well done!
great feedback, will be sure to incorporate this into my next set of changes!
Cool idea! I know a lot of companies buy expensive HR platforms to do this simple thing, I think the site is very good at explaining what the bot does, but how do you guarantee anonymity ?
And do you have a site you want me to give you feedback on?
https:daughterhealth.com
Hi @alorrac!
My thoughts on your website:
Hit me back with your thoughts on my website! Thanks!
No, but if you like feedback, check out my YouTube channel lf.gg/youtube
Thanks! I was hoping the image at the top would show the anonymous animal alias which would be proof of anonymity. I guess the guarantee is that the user data is only in my database and isn't exposed to any slack users so your name can't be exposed. Do you think that's an important point that should be shown more on my site?
What I mean is: If I were a business who wants to buy your solution, I d love to know that my data is encrypted or something.
As the user who is going to give data out to a third part integration, I would love to know more that you won't rat me out.
It's not the image that's gonna get me to trust your business.
Ah, very clear. Great feedback, thank you! And cool Youtube channel, I watched a bit of the stream.
Thanks, there're some good feedback videos for other products that are more in-depth - the stream is usually a way to review what's going on on Indiehackers while speaking out loud
