Good flow for international manual payouts to experts?
Is this a good flow where an expert cant get payments by Stripe, so they need to request a manual payout? My site is an expert marketplace.

Force them through stripe otherwise you're going to run into money laundering regulation issues. Stripe handles this for you with their kyc APIs
