Do y'all have recommendations on good chef / restaurant / hospitality / food software products?
I work for a prominent culinary school in the Middle East and our mailing list has 50k+ subscribers. I'm interested in tech and thought doing a food-software piece for our newsletter could be quite interesting.

I'm biased but for the past 6 months I've been on-and-off working on https://prepsheets.com with a local catering & café company in Ireland. It lets restaurants manage their recipes with always up-to-date prices, margins, weights and allergens based on ingredients from their suppliers. I'm looking to get some restaurants to test it out, and would love to give it to some of the people on your mailing list :)
