Google Ads targeting commercial network visitors
Hi there,
I'm trying to run ads for a B2B SaaS product on Google Ads, and I was wondering if it's possible to target visitors from business/commercial networks (non-residential)?
I'll also appreciate any tips or useful articles' links from anyone who has run Google Ads for B2B SaaS.

If existing customer data is limited, then it may not work as desired, because: 1) it may show ads to existing customers which is not the goal; 2) it's not clear if they just match based on country & zip, or actually expand to similar audience (commercial-network visitors) based on email domain, country and/or zip.
Can you elaborate a business/community network a bit? If I consider, Indiehackers as a community, I can target their visitors by creating custom intent audiences with the help of brand keywords and URLs. However, audience will be more inclined based upon Google's signals.
By 'commercial network' I meant Google Search visitors whose IP address originates from a business/commercial subnet.
Trying to figure out if it's possible to display ads only to business workers, and not general public (residential network IP addresses).
Now that a lot more people are working from home, I was wondering if there's some other way to target business workers/employees besides the above scenario.
