Hi everyone,
we build an app thats single purpose is to share images with friends and family.
We build an MVP and try to get our first users. It's free, easy to use and brings privacy and data security by default.
Please check it out and be honest with your feedback: https://mdia.space/
Have a great Friday
You can add Facebook to you ban list ^^
If it's for tech savvy (as your page puts it) I think you should put more technical details up front..
It's my AWS account? my S3 bucket? that should give your user full permission? Your a webview to allow my less techie friends see the pictures? ...
Did you think about service abuse?
You're right it's your account and your bucket. It's as you said for your non techie friends but also for you, because it's more convenient.
It's not more convenient than the common bigE offers, getting non techies email address is even a challenge.. getting them to click a link rather than just seeing a picture in chat is another...
Anyways was just saying you can word the page to appeal to techies..
Abuse includes illegal and adult materials for example.. you provide another layer of anonymity in a way...
We aren't more convenient. We can never be as integrated as the platform owners. We try to master the sharing of photos and the data security aspect.
Well we can't really protect. We do limit sharing to 25 people and no content can be public.
