Google Search Console Tools says my website availability is "soft 404" and I don't know why

Attempting to index this page using Google Search Console Tools gives an error saying that "Availability: Soft 404"
I have done a ton of tests and I don't see anything wrong with this page.
What did I overlook?

Analyze it on ScreamingFrog then list all the 404 and check if they can be moved to any relevant page.
