When people search for jobs, Google's own results show up first, full of scams or the same generic listings from a handful of big job board companies. The niche options people actually need rarely surface. Google's business runs on ads, not on helping you find the right job board, so there's no real incentive to fix that.

The Hard Journey

Everyone has to earn money eventually, and job hunting is a pain almost everyone's been through. Some get lucky through connections. Everyone else turns to the internet, where jobs are scattered across dozens of niche platforms Google isn't going to sort out for you.

There's a lot of talk about labor shortages and lazy workers, but if someone's desperate enough, they'll take the job. The real issue is that the job never shows up in their search results, and nobody's helping them figure out what to even search for.

Solution

CareerPanels is my attempt to fix that: a directory for every job board out there, sorted by category and country, so people can find the niche site that actually fits them instead of drowning in the same five generic ones. Traction is the hard part right now; I'm putting real work into SEO and still early days.

Nobody should burn hours searching and come up empty. Finding the right job is still on you; that part doesn't change. But making the search itself less painful is worth building toward. Still a long way to go, so if there's a job board that should be listed and isn't, drop it below.
