GoReview - Would love your feedback on our landing page

Hello IH folks,

New month, new beginnings :)

Would love some feedback on our landing page https://goreview.online. Wouldn't want to give any introduction about the solution per se as I'd love to know what you interpret without any background context, that'll help us a lot in fine-tuning :)

Feedback can be anything, be it what does goreview do, who is it for, UI aspects, just anything that you think will help reach the right audience and strike a deal.

The solution was a pivot for us as our other solution was related to event check-ins and that industry was badly hit during Covid.

I'd be really glad to provide my feedback to your landing page too. Do reply with your landing page link.

    Hi,

What's done well on the landing page

    1. The use of product name in the headline is pure genius. It has a different vibe to it.
    2. Separate benefits section pitches the product in a generous way.
    3. The call to action at the end of the landing page.

What needs to be improved / tested

    1. The sub-headline in the hero section is too much technical. The headline demonstrates the value. The purpose of sub-headline is to emphasize on how you deliver the value or how the product can help the visitor reach his / her goal. The product addresses the three pain points of a reviewer, a bulleted copy with some icons will be a good fit. For example:
    • Track team's compliance
    • Ensure all SOP's are followed
    • Check all inspection lists

All from the comfort of your location and in real-time.

    1. If you use bulleted copy for the sub-headline then you can drop the What is Go Review section because it's pretty clear what GoReview does.

    2. The benefit with the title A picture is worth a thousand words is unclear. Talk about the dashboard / visuals ( charts ) instead.

    3. Slight modification for the third benefit copy: Real-time notifications that keep you posted

    4. The 6th point mentioned by @timosarkka

    5. Multi-lingual facility. Drop facility because it's an online product. Facility is a word used by on-site businesses.

    6. The icons in the pricing section are bigger than the text itself. Use 16px font-size for the icons to bring more focus to the features in each plan.

    7. The landing page from a design perspective is very well laid out. The copy needs to be refined.

    Hope this helps, Good luck.

Thanks a lot @thearslankhalid, that was some super useful and detailed feedback. I truly appreciate you taking your time off to give such granular fine points.

Looks like I need to spend some time refining the copy. I shall definitely take a stab at both your feedbacks and see how it comes out.

      Thanks again!

      Hi @timosarkka,

Thanks a lot for your valuable feedback. Yep, I shall get rid of acronyms, I'm so used to those, so missed that one :)

Target companies above the fold - makes sense, let me see how to move that above.

Pictures of the real product, again, let me see what would be ideal to put on a landing page.

Copy, yeah, definitely will simplify it.

      Thanks again!
