Got 700 leads for my coding course site but struggling to drive conversion. Thoughts?

I'd love to pick your brains on fixing my sales funnel for my coding course site. Some background on the site / what I've tried:
Product:
I started likeiamfive.com to teach beginners to code through real-life projects in less than 4 hours
What I've tried:
🏡 Launched my first course on Web Scraping (project = scraping listings from Airbnb) at the end of January
🆓 No one really signed up so I made a free course to drive leads with the goal of converting those people to paid users. Got ~100 leads
🏀 Then I made a paid Data Analysis course that teaches cleaning, analyzing and visualizing NBA data
🧑🏻💻 Not a lot of people took the free course, so I just hosted a live course (same content as free course above) to motivate people to take the course. Posted on a bunch of subreddits, got 400 people to sign up for the live course (60 showed up) and 200 more to sign up for the self-paced free course
Tl;dr:
I feel like the product is great, and I'm getting a bunch of leads, but struggling to convert leads to paid members (~10 total right now). Would love any feedback / guidance you all are willing to offer!
Hey Matt - I would consider adding an FAQ and de-risking things with a money back guarantee. It does say you taught at general assembly but additional credibility to build trust couldn't hurt. That could go in the FAQ. The courses feel a little expensive when compared to Udemy. Just my two cents, hope that helps!

I understand that this is more expensive than Udemy courses but I am confident the quality is muuuuuch higher and don't mind charging a premium. Perhaps I don't do a good enough job conveying this, but I think the biggest value is (1) that I teach through a real-life project (ex. we scrape airbnb.com together) and (2) that I teach how you can apply the skills / code to your own project. Does that come across or no?
I think it kinda comes across but not enough to overcome my hesitation at a much higher priced course. Perhaps you could test a lower price just to see? Run a promo email with a one day only sale to some of your leads.
