I found surge yesterday trying to get a simple calculator live for a friend.

It worked so well, I was blown away. One command, pushed it live, and you can use a custom domain for free.
Cool to see they're still around. I prefer Netlify's developer experience overall. They have direct GitHub and GitLab integration, support for building static sites on their servers, and a lot of other features like deploy previews and forms.
checked out Netlify. Looks awesome. What size of projects have you run with them?
I've only run small personal projects.
