got clients from Wireframe as a service today.

Its been 3 months since we started our small agency and guess what? we cant get a client from our web and mobile app development service. We tried different offer like the following:

"design thinking session for your company!"
"we can launch give you e-commerce site!"
"build a mobile app with live streaming features!"
"bla bla bla..."

there is no doubt we can do it! me and my partner has the skills and competence to deliver this kind of apps, but sometimes you will be surprised the market needs something basic for their business and yet we are always trying to offer something more technical.

our lesson from this small wins we have today. its not about what you can do for your market, its all about how you can help them.
listen and understand their needs and do not relay all the solutions based on your skills.

anyway we got our first $100 small wins! yay!
