Got good productivity hacks for those of us with very little time on our hands?

I feel overwhelmed. I work full-time in a very demanding engineering job, and am a father to an 8 year old boy. When the work day and bed time routine are done, the time is 8pm, which is when I sit down to have dinner with my partner.

It is 9pm at the earliest that I can sit down to work on football-tix.com, so at most I can squeeze 3 hours straight to work on it. The list of todos that I need to work on often feels beyond what I can achieve as a one-man team. Build mobile apps, improve the core product offering, work on SEO etc.

I often find myself jumping between several different tasks, and before I know it, it is midnight and I feel that I didn't make sufficient total progress. Over time this feeling can really demotivate me, and there are nights I find myself giving up before I get started.

Wondering if anyone has faced similar issues, and can offer tips on how to squeeze maximum productivity from very few, tired, late-night hours a day?

Few things which worked for me

-> Meditate before you start working on the side-hustle
-> Using Pomodoro technique while working
-> Planning for the week before I start off - This reduced my anxiety about the launch & outcome

Do it in the morning when you have the most energy.
Other than that, pay somebody to do something for you. Just hire somebody on fiver or a freelancer to do some certain tasks, as I assume you may have some money left from the job.
I think there is no magic answer to increase your output by a significant amount. If you have a certain roadmap, but don't have the time to learn or do certain things, outsource it. Do the things you know. Create a plan and work on the plan and stick to it.
